The mouse is brand new and sealed in its original factory packaging. It has never been opened or used.

This specific ergonomic design (also known as Microsoft Mouse 2.0) was implemented and released to the market for the first time in 1993. However, this particular version in the photo, which bears compatibility labeling for Windows 95, began to be implemented and put into boxes in 1995.
