HISTORY:
Tsar by Van Cleef & Arpels is a woody aromatic fragrance for men.
Tsar was first released in 1989. The creator behind this fragrance is Philippe Bousseton (see photo).
Three formulations were created during its release, with the two dark green bottles being the most sought after. This is the dark green bottle, the best!!

DESCRIPTION
The history of the French brand Van Cleef & Arpels, which enriched the world with beautiful jewelry, watches, and intoxicating perfumes, began in 1896. At that time, the brand was founded by Charles Arpels and his brother-in-law Alfred Van Cleef, from whom it takes its name. These successful entrepreneurs opened their first boutique in Paris in 1906 and are best known for offering luxurious jewelry with diamonds. Today, the brand is also associated with celebrities such as Elizabeth Taylor, Brigitte Bardot, and Julia Roberts.
