For sale vintage server RAID controller IBM ServeRAID-4Lx (IBM Field Replaceable Unit P/N: 06P5741 / 06P5740). It features built-in standalone cache memory of 32MB and an Intel 100MHz processor for managing disk arrays.

Interface: PCI 64-bit / PCI-X 66MHz (fits and works normally in standard, classic 32-bit PCI slots of desktop motherboards with overhang).
Speed: Ultra160 SCSI (up to 160 MB/s data transfer rate). Ports: 1 internal 68-pin SCSI and 1 external 68-pin Ultra160 SCSI port.
