Handmade organic homemade jam from yellow mirabelle plums (also known as prunus domestica or mirabelle plums, a cross between a plum tree and a cherry tree. In the Cypriot dialect, the tree is called marapellia and the fruit marapella).
The tree in our yard was exceptionally generous this year and gave us more than 30 kilos of fruit that we turned into delicious jam. The fruits are completely organic and are watered only by rainwater.
Ingredients: mirabelle plums, sugar, lemon juice (a lot of patience and passion)
