This is Wolverine (Vol. 8) #1, released in September 2024. It marks the beginning of a new series under "From the Ashes", the new era of the X-Men in comics.

The story finds Logan isolated in the wilds of Canada, trying to find himself after the dissolution of the state of Krakoa. It is a more "dark" and raw approach to the character.
It is a Variant Cover and not the regular one you find everywhere.
It is the "Homage Variant" by Marcio Menyz & Josef Rubinstein.
It is a direct homage to the legendary cover of Uncanny X-Men #251 (1989) by Marc Silvestri.
It shows Wolverine crucified by the "Reavers" (a group of cyborg enemies of his). It is one of the most recognizable images in Marvel history as it symbolizes the limits of Logan's endurance and pain.
Because it is issue #1 of a new series and has this historic cover, it is an excellent piece for collection! Publishers often release such "homage variants" for first issues to attract old readers and honor the hero's legacy.
The fact that the cover has no letters (title, price, issue) means you have in your hands a version called "Virgin Variant".
