Approximately halfway up the slope and in the heart of the Appellation d'Origine, the estate's vineyards benefit from the southern exposure and enjoy optimal sunshine, resulting in wines with great potential and complexity. Long fermentation with native yeasts. Vinification and aging for at least 18 months in stainless steel tanks.
The Grand Cru Les Clos may initially seem strict and masculine only to later surprise with its expressiveness through the dominant mineral notes accompanied by white pepper and nutmeg, giving it a warmer finesse. With a full and concentrated character that culminates in a long delicate aftertaste.
Aeration or decanting into a carafe is recommended before consumption.
