This is an authentic work created on a Greek island in 1898.
The entire painting is shown on the left side, while on the right side, the artist's signature and the date are presented in enlargement.
The lady depicted is unknown; I estimate that she is a noblewoman from a family in Syros, although I cannot confirm it.
The painting has been in my possession since 1990 and has been preserved until today.
