Born in Corfu on March 7, 1934.
Studies: Music lover from a young age, studied at the Greek Conservatory from which he graduated. At the same time, he completed his studies at Panteion University.
The Saxophone: Established as one of Greeceβs top alto saxophonists. His distinctive sound characterized hundreds of recordings of the era.

Start: First appeared in the field of composition in 1959, writing music for theater and cinema.
The "Golden Duo": His artistic partnership with his close friend and lyricist Pythagoras yielded some of the most iconic songs in Greek music history ("Every port and sorrow", "Stalia - stalia", "The superficial", "Kythera").
Collaborations: Worked with the biggest names in Greek song, highlighting voices such as Marinella, Giannis Poulopoulos, Dimitris Mitropanos, and Giannis Parios (who he even helped in his early steps by suggesting his stage surname).
π¬ Cinema & Television: Composed music and conducted the orchestra for over 100 Greek films, mainly by Finos Film and other major production companies.
He was for many years a conductor and orchestra director on major television and radio broadcasts of the public television.
π Distinctions & Institutional Roles: Has given countless concerts worldwide (USA, France, Germany, former Soviet Union).
Has received significant awards at international song festivals (Brussels, Sopot Poland, Rio de Janeiro). He is an active member of the Greek Society of Theatrical Writers and the Panhellenic Musicianβs Association.
