A war game-strategy game that comes from 1999.
The box is in average condition due to its age.

The box does not contain miniatures but paper tokens with two armies, Humans and Orcs.
If you like miniatures, you can (although it's a little hard to find), buy the different packages with 15mm miniatures that the company had released, or order them from a store that does 3D printing.
Game description:
Demonworld is a hybrid war game for miniatures in a hexagonal style.
The base game comes with a 140-page rulebook, reference sheets, unit recruitment cards, 4 hex maps, and paper tokens, dice.
The maps are generic terrain maps with light-colored forests and small hills.
They can be combined in different ways to create different battlefields.
Once both armies are deployed (enter the table) the game begins.
Demonworld uses a simultaneous turn sequence.
On each turn, both players will have the opportunity to move all of their units and to use weapons such as bows, engage in melee combat, or cast spells.
The rules for how to perform these actions are found in the Demonworld rulebook.
Army books have additional rules for special units that only that army can recruit and special spells that only that army can cast.
As the rounds progress, each player will try to move their units to an advantageous position and eliminate the opposing units.
Some of the games are called scenarios.
In scenarios, achieving your objectives is often more important than destroying your opponent's army or preventing your own losses. Once one side has achieved its objectives or destroyed the opposing army, it is the winner and the game is over.
Most games last about three hours. Experienced players play much faster than beginners and can handle larger armies.
