Natural gas boiler (8.3Kw), Ferroli - FEReasy F 24 D

The boiler was functioning normally for heating, but gradually it started to not work well for heating water. At the beginning of the problem, you couldn't set the water to a stable temperature, and gradually it became impossible, sometimes it would burn and sometimes it would cool down. Since it was installed in an RBNB, and the malfunction occurred during a period of continuous bookings, there was no luxury to search for it until the fault was found and restored, so it was replaced. Internally it appears to be in good condition (see photos). It needs a proper service or repair by a technician who knows.
