Self-taught painter, he has dealt with many subjects, such as landscape, nudes, still life, and erotic scenes, which he depicts while remaining faithful to representational imagery and initially adopting Impressionistic and later Expressionistic models. Based near the railway station of Thessaloniki, he made the train and its surrounding area the focal point of his painting, which is the most characteristic theme and recurs throughout his creation.

Since 1959, when he began his exhibition activity, he has presented his work in solo, nationwide, and group exhibitions, while in 1987 a retrospective presentation was organized at the Vafopouleio Cultural Center of Thessaloniki.
