Vintage bottle/flask (1930-1950)
Vintage decorative bottle/flask from the period 1930 – 1950 (Art Deco with strong Oriental/Ottoman influences) which features a body made of durable, molded amber glass in a warm brown shade, providing protection from light, while externally (and its cap) it is covered with a metal frame of intricate, handmade filigree weaving (Filigree). The fine metal wires are crafted and glued one by one by hand, forming beautiful spiral designs and embossed floral patterns! It combines the geometric symmetry of the Art Deco period with the traditional, rich decoration of the East.
It is in excellent condition for its age and antiquity (without breaks or damages), as seen in the photos!
Its height is 11cm and it weighs 135gr.
