DMG - CPU - 01 non-functional (read description)

The 1st edition of the legendary Gameboy DMG console. It was found in poor condition in my hands and an attempt was made to repair it.
The battery contacts and capacitors have been changed; I basically had to fix quite a few things, but it doesn't matter...
The console (with a functional screen) works almost normally, and a characteristic of the first edition is that the screen flickers during startup (boot sequence), which does not happen in all other Gameboys (CPU-02 to CPU-08). It reads games normally and has sound, but the B button and "left" do not work, which unfortunately indicates a fault in the processor chip.

Therefore, I am selling it for any interested collectors since the first edition is quite rare, and I have placed its original screen (it seems to be also 1st edition); however, I did not bother to replace the missing speaker.

The screen is visually flawless but has a cut ribbon cable, so it hasn't even been tested. There is a way to replace the ribbon cable, but the screen has visible signs of attempted repair (it has marks from soldering), so I think it's not worth the effort and time.
