Caprice boots size 38 with OnAir technology and TEX (waterproof membrane for water and snow - see photo), worn exactly 2 times.
With zipper, internal lining of synthetic fur. They can also be worn turned and become ankle boots with the fur visible.
For temperatures up to -30 degrees Celsius.

They are size 38 but have a large fit and I would say they are normally size 38.5 or 39?
I usually wear size 37 but when I can't find my size, size 38 with thick socks and an extra insole is just fine. Unfortunately, these specific boots with 3 insoles and thick socks were still too big for me.
