Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop 6000, v1, Light Gray Clear Button, without its wireless receiver.

The set consists of the

Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 1.0A, U/S Layout, Model 1045 (also released as Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 4000)

Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 6000, Model 1052, 1000 dpi

and is tested, fully functional, and refurbished (more on that below). You need to have a Microsoft 27 MHz wireless receiver (the larger one that looks like a mouse), however, the devices can pair with any such receiver, unlike the newer 2.4GHz generation with the small receivers that pair at the factory without the ability for user pairing, and if something breaks, the set simply goes to waste.

A bit of context... The set was purchased used due to a broken receiver as parts, in order to repair my own with the broken wireless receiver (repair of board components). Used in a smoking environment by the previous user, nicotine and ash. Everything was disassembled, washed in a washing machine, sterilized, and cleaned with isopropyl alcohol on plastics and boards, complete removal of yellowing, the key guides were lubricated with PTFE oil to glide smoothly. Now in perfect working condition and aesthetically very good. The only wear is visible in close-up shots.

Perhaps the best wireless keyboard from Microsoft, maybe even overall... I'm not keeping it for myself because I have two other sets (black) and I don't like the color..

Maybe later I can repair the receiver of the set if I find something from its board; if I manage, I will include it in the set.
