Illustration & Artistic Supervision: A. Tassos (Anastasios Alevisos). Includes 24 masterful colored wood engravings (carved on end-grain wood)... Rarity & Authenticity: This specific copy bears the low collectible number 735 (out of the 1,500 printed in total) and is hand-signed in pencil by the engraver A. Tassos on the colophon... Paper Quality: Printed on high-quality English laid paper 'Glastonbury Antique Laid'... Typography Work: The printing of the engravings and the binding was carried out by the historic company 'Aspiotis ELKA' (the work started in March 1976 and was completed in August 1978)... Condition of the Copy (Detailed): Interior & Body of the Book: In very good excellent condition. The pages, text, and colored wood engravings are pristine, without tears, creases, notes, or moisture stains (foxing)... Cover / Spine: The book was kept protected, however, the spine was outside the protective envelope/case. For this reason, it shows a small, normal discoloration from light (sun-fading) on the spine, which is clearly visible in the photos. The binding remains completely sturdy and factory-made...
