Rare French History Book (Edition 1909) with Engravings & Maps

For sale is an authentic French school history book from 1909 titled "Histoire de France (de 1453 à 1789)" by E. Sieurin & C. Chabert (Published by Masson & Cie, Paris).
The book is a wonderful piece of the era (Belle Époque), ideal for collectors of old books, French speakers, or for vintage home decor.
Features & Condition:
Year of Publication: 1909 (5th revised edition).
Content: Rich interior with 122 authentic engravings and maps of the time (such as detailed diagrams for the Louvre Palace, historical castles, etc.).
Condition: Good/average for its age (117 years). The pages and engravings are perfectly readable and intact. It shows normal oxidation/yellowing of the paper and some moisture stains (foxing) on the inside of the cover.
Historical note: It bears on the cover the original, handwritten signature of the French student who owned it in 1909 (Léa Guichard, Carpentras).
