This book essentially consists of two parts. The first part presents the basic material usually taught in the compulsory courses of Complex Analysis: functions of a complex variable, conformal mappings, Cauchy's theorem, power series and Laurent series, theory of residues, analytic continuation, harmonic functions. The second part is mainly dedicated to boundary problems for analytic functions and their applications. Central topics include those related to the Hilbert problem and singular integral equations, which have significant applications in elasticity theory and aerodynamics, which are also studied. Additionally, it includes the theory of the Wiener-Hopf equation and elements of the theory of first-order elliptic systems. The book is aimed at undergraduate and graduate students of Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering Schools.
