An original very rare signed collectible item for an elegant interior: Vintage Crystal in the shape of a Nautilus Shell from the famous factory Vannes le Chatel. The origin of ART Vannes was in the village of Vannes-le-Chatel located in the eastern region of France (specifically, Lorraine County). The history traces its roots back to 1765. ... It was around 1970 that ART Vannes ceased production and Cristal de Sevres was born. The item is made entirely of thick crystal, handmade.
The thing is multifunctional and easy to use. It looks incredible. It fits unusually well in the interior, always attracting the eyes of others. The condition is very good, with no chips, flaws, or restoration, just a few very fine scratches on one side.
It has a very small narrow cut on top (a place to rest a smoking pipe) and works very nicely as a spoon holder (like a bowl for honey, jam, caviar), it has enough weight to serve as a base for any small items (spoons/forks, cosmetics/pencils, etc.)
